Just as an FYI:
I think this has been set up as a 'Heads-Up' league rather than an 'Overall Points' league. I'm not sure how that might affect one's drafting strategy but I'm guessing it will affect your roster setting strategy.
I've never been in a Heads-Up league before. Can anyone offer up some sage advice?

Been playing one for 5 years now, super fun, Goalies are really important. you need to grab a good starter and possibly another good one in the first 4 rounds. D man are not great, unless you have a high offensive one. I'm not good though, 7-10th place every year. Line mates are good, and paying attention to who is on powerplay often, and go for guys with lots of GWG, those are rare. Guys with lots of PIMS are good too, if you want to win that column. But i had 3 good goalies and a bad scoring team and my good goalies kept me in the race to play off one year. Go Jets Go! ...3 year old is now official up, gotta go

Deuce are you in the league, if you are whats your team name? I went with the lofty 'The Powers That Be'. I wanted a name that suggested stability, confidence, and competence - but found out there's already a team called the Phoenix Coyotes. m.

Grab Antropov and Scheifele in the first if you can. And don't just limit yourself to current Jets - picking someone with a strong connection to the franchise is never a bad move. I suggest Patrik Stefan for first overall - he's a real up and comer. Ondrej will be facing lots of shots so he'd be a good first round pick too... m.

Glad to see a full compliment of teams. Draft order will be randomized and it will be a snake draft. ie 1, 2, 3, 4...11,12, 12, 11, 10....2,1,1,2,3....
Draft order will be determined 30 mins before the draft begins.

IIRC there's 22 players on each teams roster - thus with 12 teams you'd need to rank your top 264 players. I'll again recommend that you go with Patrik Stefan for your first overall selection. Or perhaps Scott Gomez. m.
