PCL is now running the show on Plessis. My past experiences with them have been exemplary. Despite the complete failure of the project management / engineering firm to communicate with all parties involved, PCL has the professional personnel to overcome the incompetence. It certainly won't be ready any time soon but it will be done right.

I'm going to use the Plessis underpass this morning!!! Wish me luck, I'll give an update later, as how this venture turns out!
Wish me luck!!
Update, it's pretty unimpressive, maybe next fall when it's scheduled for completion, it'll probably be more eye friendly.

It would have served the city better if they had built that first in my neck of the woods at Waverley and Taylor.....

However, the City of Winnipeg decided to use the money for other things.

When's the last time the city built a bridge? Fall of 1995. The Moray Bridge from Portage Ave to Roblin in Charleswood. Unless you are referring to an overpass...

Good old Transcona. Finally change from life long 2nd opposition NDP MP's who got crap all done for the area, to a Conservative MP in power and what do you know??? They finally get their underpass... only to vote back in a 2nd opposition NDPer who won't be able to get anything for this area again.
