Surprises for me: Hamhuis, Vlasic, Carter, Marleau... even Bergeron and Mike Smith (not having a good year)
Snubs for me: Seabrook, Boyle, St.Louis, Giroux, Thornton, Seguin and Fleury (much better stats than Smith)

Thornton is slow. St. Louis is a surprise. I mean, come on.... Fleury's great season doesnt make up for his issues the last couple years.

Go Canada GO!
Pumped for this. Here's to hoping it helps us to get over the misery that was the Bombers, Jets and World Juniors seasons *knock on wood*
Canada always has the most depth and best roster on paper. Real question always comes down to hot goaltending, chemistry and simply performance in the lose and your out tournament. Lets go boys! Already booked my weeks vacation to watch this tourney!

USA!!!
if USA doesnt medal Brian Burke should be excommunicated from USA hockey. That Blow Hard kept 2 of the best american players off the ice at the olympics.

USA!!! if USA doesnt medal Brian Burke should be excommunicated from USA hockey. That Blow Hard kept 2 of the best american players off the ice at the olympics. If one of them is Bobby Ryan, obviously he doesn't have enough pugnacity, truculence, testosterone or beligerence for Burkie. USA will do fine. I look forward to chanting "silver medal" at Miller for years to come.
