you are talking out of your ass. you have no clue about Celtic, the people that follow them, or my own history you dumb Shutout! wad. read up. as far as the SPL goes?...never did claim it was an elite league. i did and do however claim that Celtic and Rangers are ELITE clubs. the SPL would be on par, maybe a slight bit better even than your beloved MLS. My beloved MLS? I like my revolution? but SPL is probably on par...at the at least top clubs, but the lower levels? Or where Rangers is currently playing? MLS as a whole is better than SPL. It def produces better talent than the SPL as most of the american players in the MLS that play for the national team either play or have played in mls. Not to mention the starting keeper for Brazil, top striker for honduras etc. MLS is on the up and gets better every year and depending on the loan window and who comes over to stay fit in the summer it gets pretty good. And Hey canadians cant hide behind MLS being the american league...its a canadian league too Celtic essentially gets to bring in players out of being pretty much appointed a seat in the champions league since no other team comes close with rangers gone. SPl sucks. Dumb Shutout wad? oh you tried to curse you Neanderthal. Go yell at teenagers again makes you really liked on here Children... children --> Lets just agree that all of the teams/leagues you two have been discussing suck, because they are soccer teams and soccer sucks! Now that we all agree, we can all get along

I'm pulling for Croatia. I write for a Croatian website and have many friends there. Still bitter about the opener. But hopefully we can take out Cameroon tomorrow.
As far as this whole MLS debate goes, it's a growing league that is slowly getting better. Where was the NHL, NBA, or NFL in year 20? Was it superpopular? Nope. Not to mention MLS has more parity than any league in Europe...Bundesliga and La Liga in particular are so predictable in that only 2 or 3 teams even have a shot at winning, whereas MLS is always different - DC United set league records for futility last year and now they're on top of the Eastern Conference.

Gets better every year too and is a launching point for american players and a landing point for those who have proven themselves abroad. Guys like Graham Zusi, beckerman, wondolowski are quality role players for the united states and are mls studs. Its also a place for discovery for central american players

Cant teach that. some guys just have it. he makes up for lack of physical tools with the abolity to just put the ball in and clean up garbage. Reminds me a ton of Taylor Twellman.

*sees lineup*
Pletikosa in goal again. UGH
seriously, he's a million years old and plays for a mediocre Russian team. Can't we play Subasic, who's the starter for Monaco (always a top team in Ligue 1)?

There is an old addage in boxing and mma that a champion seems to age overnight.
mainly that the last time you saw them they were the best in the world, seemingly unstoppable. At the top of their game....and when they go down its never graceful.
we saw that with spain.
