The expansion of the iceplex makes it pretty clear the Jets are committed to keep the Moose here.

The expansion of the iceplex makes it pretty clear the Jets are committed to keep the Moose here. Yep for at least 5 years!

I just seen a tweet that mitch peacock is the play by play guy for the moose , still no mention of what radio station though. It appears it will be audio streamed online only. Not much money to be made for any station with a number of conflicting dates with the Jets 39 selected games and possibly playoff games to be aired on tsn 1290.

I have an 11-game mini pack, and I was mailed out physical tickets, basically the same style as you'd get for a concert. Came in the mail yesterday.

I have a 11 game pack and saw the home opener. The Moose team is challenged on a number of fronts, the biggest is offence. Boring hockey. No one stood out. In fact, if we have injuries to the Jets it looks wafer thin there. Just not exciting hockey. Our prospects who aren't with this team may look good in the future but what's here now is weak.

I've heard the Moose are terrible, with Hellebuyck being their only star, and aside from Morrissey, there is a lack of depth. People are already calling for the coaches head.

Another bad two last games. This is a terrible team. The problem is that there is not much talent at all. Comrie and Helle look ok but everything else looks challenged.

They decided to purge virtually all veteran presence in order to give the prospects more playing time and this is what you get. Not a bad philosophy or at least I get the thinking, but part of the value of playing in the A I think is learning the ropes from pros who have been around and on the backside of the careers. It would have been great to have a guy like Slater there, for example. Who are the mentors...I guess there's Halischuk? Fortunately most of top Jets prospects are still in Junior and College. I hope the Moose can turn it around and at least play entertaining hockey. It's such a bonus to have this team here.

This was stated at the press conference when they announced the team was coming here. I think they should have some sort of leadership to mentor the young guys, perhaps they are looking for someone in the room right now to step up.

Whatever you build you also have to build to win or at least to be entertaining. They are neither.

Hellebuyck was great again, in the 3-2 win against Milwaukee. Looks like the goaltending will be carrying the team just like last season.

Just watched the moose beat the conference leading wolves 3-2 in OT. First win at home for the boys. They played a terrific defensive game and the team is growing; I've been following them fairly closely. They won without the likes of Harrison, raffl, Fraser or Albert. The stand outs for me have been kitchton, armia, fronk and de Leo. The goaltending has been great as well, comrie earning this one. These guys play with heart and although there will be growing pains, the talent is undeniable.

Glad to see the Moose picking up their game. Anyone know the nature of Raffl's injury or when he's expected back? He's been out quite a while already.
