Even more scared of the Knights than I was of the Preds but it's gotta be Jets...in 6.

We need to use our home ice advantage this time and particularly important to get one on Fleury early calling Laine/Ehlers.

Vegas speed is scary but we have that, better d, and more depth. They haven’t played a team with 4 lines yet. Fluery can’t keep up the way he is playing.
Jets in 6 or less

Fleury is playing lights out but then this is a Vezina year for Helle. Take Jets in 7. Speed for speed.

Jets in 6 mainly because they may be a bit more warn out. I believe Nash is better than Vegas talent eventually comes through.

Torn between 5 and 6 but I went with 6.I thought the Jets struggled with quick teams that can get on you right away this year but Vegas hasn't faced anyone with our level of talent and firepower so it should be another good series.I am so pumped!

The Jets excelled against Nashville when the game opened up. I don't think Vegas will employ the same strategy to control our speed, and if they do, they'll be less successful at that. Vegas also hasn't faced a playoff team that can come in waves at you like the Jets can. Nashville is certainly a tougher opponent that either LA or SJ was for Vegas, and I think one could argue that Minnesota was better than those two teams, as well. Vegas has better talent than LA or SJ. They don't have better talent than Winnipeg.

I think it's as simple as the divisions and who you play most. The Central had 1 team with less than 90 points and the Presidents trophy winner. The Pacific had 4 team with less than 90 points.

Wow.
My personal observations from viewing Game 1:
-Vegas is no Nashville. -Jets are bigger, stronger, and more physical -Jets have more depth -Jets are faster -Jets have superior forwards -Jets are intimidating
The only way I can see Vegas making a series of this is if Hellebuyck goes down with an injury (or someone of vital significance), Fleury stands on his head, or Gallant pulls a rabbit out of his a$$. Otherwise, Vegas could find themselves in deep trouble heading home. I can see why the Golden Knights did so well during the regular season- the Pacific Division sucks. I have a feeling Nashville could beat Vegas, and even Minnesota would have given them a run.
