Jets maintain momentum and have a winning streak throughout March and coast into a playoff spot. The win tonight sealed it!
Well, in my world.

So, in your world, how far are the Jets going in the playoffs? LoL😜 Would've, could've, should've been at tonight's game to see the Jets win and clinch a spot.

The Jets were just beginning to gel as a team before the season ended. Jets would have finished 44-32-6. They would have finished in the #1 Wildcard spot, and played Vegas in the first round.

Heck, if you are going to dwell in fantasy, why not dream that Jets roll through the playoffs unbeaten right to winning the Cup.

To be realistic, the season is finished. The Government just announced the lockdown will probably be in effect until July, which leaves the NHL with hardly any time to get back into practice then schedule games at the end of July. Additionally, until the virus has a vaccine, there is no way the emergency laws are lifted, so the NHL will likely play in front of no fans for next season.

Randy Ambrosie had a session on CBC about the CFL. It doesn't look good as their revenue stream dries up. Early cancellations were announced for try out camps and evaluations but the season is still possible but realistically improbable. He said they would do a shortened season if needed but it sure looks dire for 2020.

I knew the season was over as soon as they put on pause. No realistic way things are going to be better in a couple months time. I was just screwing around when I created the thread. Honestly though, I think the Jets squeak in but don’t go far. It doesn’t matter, I would have been a basketball player if I was taller but I am not.

Calgary announced the city would ban public events, including NHL and CFL games till June 30. And it is subject to further extension upon review. The drum beats louder on the CFL and NFL 2020 season's survival.
