To beating some of the best teams to losing to some of the worst teams. And at home particularly this is a paradox which is inexplicable. And it's not healthy for the franchise. From the first league game back in 2011 where the Habs fans were out in force to this. The more things change the more they stay the same.

While the Habs sucked at the beginning of the season, they are 5-3-2 in their last 10 games and the goal differential is dropping (getting less negative) fast. We will see if this is just a blip in their performance or a trend towards respectability. Their goaltending woes seem to be solved.

Main issue with this team is the PP. Even the coach yesterday was slamming his own PP for more standing still. Since they have these home games they have a chance to try to fix this.

The PP starts with a FO, and as all of us have said it just isn't good enough. At a success rate of less than 50% and often at 40% it just doesn't cut it. And then it goes downhill from there.

You're a win or 2 away from 1st place. And, a loss or 2 away from a wildcard spot. If that trend continues, consistency is the magic word.
I'd like to see a team that comes to play every night. Sometimes, complacency seems to be an issue. You can't just get fired up for the top dogs, or you can get bit by the rest of the pack.

NHL Reffing Is bad everywhere. Watching Bruins Wild. Wild up 3-2 at 3 min to go. Wild man called on a jousting penalty to give Bruins a chance to tie. On review both players were slashing/hi-sticking simultaneously. Annnd the Bruins tie! Game stolen by refs. Addendum: Wild win in OT. Too bad from a Central Division POV
