Love that nickname darlynππ! Came really close to using it in my recap at Arctic Ice Hockey cause it's better than anything I've come up with so far...decided to keep it in the back pocket to use later. Have been trying to come up with a hockey spin on Vlad the Impaler, but haven't been successful yet.

I wish I could take credit but I got that from the jacket presentation to Vlad and the team was chanting "Vladdie the Baddie"....lol The team also uses "Fetti" for Perfetti, I liked that one too. I heard the commentators using "Axe" for Axel Jonsson-Fjallaby a couple of games ago or so... but that one is mine! (I think...lol)

Nice win by the Jets.
-Great road trip, 3 wins, 0 losses.
-6 wins in a row.
-12 consecutive games gaining points and without a regulation loss.
-29 consecutive games and counting allowing 3 goals or less.
-First place in the Central.
-First place in the West.
-First place in the NHL.
Good for the Jets.
GO JETS GOππ!
Cheers,

Jets are all playing really well? However Playoffs are still a ways off and a old ACDC song comes to mind? ITS ALONG WAYS TO THE TOP IF YOU WANNA ROCKNROLL? Perhaps a strong power forward still needed to make a Playoff run and stay in it? KFC coming back is alot of Goal Scoring Prowess But another guy like Lindholm hopefully does not upset the chemistry?

Jets are on pace to score 279 goals for the season. That's more than the 2017-18 season of 273.

Just read on SportsNet that Winnipeg's 29 game streak without more than 3 goals against is the 6th longest in NHL history and 2nd in the expansion-era (since 1967 w/ MIN at 35 games).
The longest streak is 44 games, done in 1928-29 by the Boston Bruins.
So that is the difference between the overall NHL record & the partial NHL record.

Itβs the Minnesota Wild that hold the 35 game streak, not the old Minnesota North Stars, just thought Iβd offer up that tidbit of information.
