Does anyone know if you are able to give your ticket to another person during the game so they can watch the remainder of the game?

Does anyone know if you are able to give your ticket to another person during the game so they can watch the remainder of the game? For sure. When you leave the MTSC your ticket is scanned "out", when you return your ticket is scanned "in". Whoever has the ticket can come in the MTSC. Remember to scan the ticket"out" or you will not be let back in.

May be a dumb question, but can you bring backpacks into the MTS Centre? I really want to bring one for tommorow so none of my collectables from the game will get ruined from spilt beer or getting stepped on lol.

Not a dumb question, yes you can but they'll likely be searched for booze. I'd bring a reasonably sized bag (ie don't go on a hiking trip to MTS Centre....) My wife has been bringing in a large bag so I assume that you can bring in a back-pack. She has been subject to bag searches on the way in. There may be a size limit but I am unaware of this.

Was unsure about backpacks but good to know. Yeah my bag will be pretty much empty just have it for the merchandise I will be buying!

Its just a regular sized school backpack, can't see it being a problem. If they don't let me then lets just hope no jerks in row 14 spill their beer haha.

I'll try and ease up on the spilling tomorrow. That is why my wife has the bag to keep my stuff safe. Do you think the Jets could install an extra cupholder for me?

I'm not sure you can do this anymore?
You can not at the Bomber games for sure.
You could in past years but not for 1 or 2 years now.
At the MTS Center it is by understanding they have designated smoking areas fenced in outside now because you can not leave and come back in.
I could be wrong, but I would double check

You can leave the building and go shop at the Bay, go have a beer at Tavern United or go home for a nap and return anytime during the game. There are no fenced in areas around the MTS Centre.

There are no fenced in areas around the MTS Centre. 100% correct. I have been leaving during intermission and using washrooms outside the MTSC. There is no fencing. That is from the old Winnipeg Arena days. Time Warp The arena location does not permit for blocking off any public streets for fenced smoking areas and with the barcodes on the tickets is not required.
