Sorry, don't have a link here to it.
But watched it at the CBC Website last night.
It was a really great interview. One of the comments from Chipman that I was happy to hear was when he said:
"We are not trying to distance ourselves from the history of the Winnipeg Jets........we will honour that history when its the appropriate time......we are all actually very excited about honouring the history..."
That was in response to a question that eluded to TNSE making a fresh start - that the Moose was their baby and that they wanted to have a new identity with the Jets and not be tied to the old organization.

Near the end of the interview Mark Chipman is asked if he had a chance to walk around and see the smile on people's faces. He said before the game he was walking back to the MTS Centre from Boston Pizza, when a spontaneous show of gratitude occurred while he was walking though City Place; he said it brought a lump to his throat and that it was unbelievable.
I was there during this. I was looking at some Jets merchandise at a Royal Sports kiosk, when I turned around to see Scott Brown and Mark Chipman walking past me. I was surprised and caught off guard and all I could say was "Whoa." My friend (who's bigblue85 on here) also noticed Mark Chipman who was about 20 feet away from us by now, and yelled out "Have a good game today Mr. Chipman!" Mark Chipman turned, waved, and said "Thank you!" At that point everyone in City Place heard, and noticed Mark Chipman walking, and one-by-one about one hundred people began to give Mark Chipman an impromptu standing ovation as he walked through City Place. It was surreal!
