What if Nash Baulks at Weber's $7.5?

Okay, stricktly a fun thread here. Let's say the Predators either can't, or are unwilling to pay Weber his arbitration award. ($7.5)

A) Does he fit in with the current roster - would you want him?
B) How much would you offer?

........... I'd see if he'd take 6.5 and see where it goes.

They've already accepted the amount from Arbitration. I think they had to since it was team-initiated in this instance.

A) He's too good not to slot into the roster.
B) He's an RFA for two more years. Nashville holds his rights and will demand a lot of stuff in a trade for his rights. A lot, as in, take Bogosian + Kane then add on Winnipeg's side of the equation.
