When RBK came out with the new line of Jerseys for the NHL a few years ago all the new Jerseys were not on The EA hockey. If I remember correctly the NHL didnt release the Jerseys till 3 to 4 weeks after.
You had to enter a code to play with the new jerseys..
The thing is that the code was leaked on the internet and you could use the new jerseys before the NHL released the new look NHL Jerseys.
In the Digital age its really hard to hide stuff like this. I really think it would be in the Jets/NHLs interest to simply push ahead with the Jerseys sooner rather than later. Because IT WILL GET LEAKED! its a fact. Twitpic you name it...one way or another its going to get leaked.

This debate over real or fake jerseys is funny to me. How many of the guys on here are gonna walk up to a 6 foot 5 inch meat head wearing a fake Jets jersey and make fun of him for wearing a knock off. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say nobody is that stupid. It comes down to personal preference and affordability.
I would love to have 3 different Jets jerseys. However... I will spend $300 on the one I want the most, and I'll get 2 other fakes. I've bought season tickets, one authentic jersey, multiple t shirts, hats and hoodies. If I want 2 fake jersey's.... that's my business. I am a die hard fan! I love the Jets, I love True North, and at the same time..... Nobody is gonna tell me that I'm not a true fan because I own 2 fake jerseys from China.
Ask the teams in the NFL how they feel about the replica jerseys out there. Oh ya,,, I own about 15 NFL jerseys to. It's inevitable.... people will buy fake jerseys, and there is nothing anybody can do about it!

My wife bought me a Jets hat, sweater and a t-shirt for my B-day 3 days ago. She also bought herself my son and daughter t-shirts. It was a Jets B-day for me. Truly awesome day. ;D

What do the Bombers give their ST holders? Yeah it's 15% that is confirmed. I was told last night by a ticket rep that whatever little gizmo you get that authorizes your 15% discount will come with your actual tickets... so we're looking at roughly a month until you get your discount. So I bought a couple shirts for now just to have something, will wait to make bigger and more purchases after I get the discount! |

That 15% is enough to make me wait a bit before I purchase more jets stuff. Although I want another hat and a hoodie, I think I can hold off for another month.

I think I'll be waiting until more product comes out before I start to buy. I don't want to go crazy on this first batch of stuff and then something better comes along.

I spoke with someone from TNSE about a related matter to my ST account, and in the process they indicated that you will receive a "coupon book" for each season ticket seat that you own. 2 seats = 2 books, etc. Not sure what's in the book or value of coupons but great idea for groups of people that all chipped in and bought tickets as a group.
