One guy out of the Toronto McClown crowd I kind of get disappointed in is Jeff Blair. Sometimes he's fair about Winnipeg and Manitoba, but other times it's like he's holding a pretty big grudge against his former hometown/province.
I just don't get it.

What rumors are we hearing about a possible trade? Who and to where? Nothing yet. Jetsfan88 put it out there late last week. Only details are it would be a big signing involving a trade. |

This cynical side of me thinks this is a bit of a ploy to drive traffic to the Jets believers forum. After all, we know that as soon as it gets posted there, someone will mention it here as well. |

That is cynical  Both boards have something to offer - and I hope no one intends to cannibalize one for the other. I'd encourage everyone to be on both, and enjoy the two different feels that the two forums have. m. |

I agree, but the poster in question made a big deal about EXCLUSIVELY posting his inside information on the other board. That's fine, of course, but it's not like the information will stay "secret" for long and from what I can gather, this information has been teased for several days already. To be clear, I don't blame anyone for doing what they can to promote their board. I'm just mentioning my take on it. |

UPDATE Aug 11, 2011: Hot of the Twitter feed, it appears a deal was being negotiated with New Jersey. It was Antropov and Bogosian for Zajac and Greene. Apparantly what killed the deal was Bogosians insistence, yes that's right insistence on playing in Winnipeg! Take that Toronto sports media Mcclowns.
Is this the end of the princess list?
