In the league standings, what does the column "ROW" signify? ROW = regulations plus overtime wins.

Okay. Thank you. At first I was going to ask why not just then post number of shootout wins, but I presume that regulation plus overtime wins is some sort of tiebreaker?

they don't count shoot out wins if teams are tied at the end of the year
