Which team will have the most points? Which will have the least? And everything in between.
For me it's
Nucks Habs
and then it gets difficult
I think the Flames could go either way, but will most likely go down.
The Oilers, Leafs and Jets will improve.
The Senators will not.
So, I'm going with
Nucks Habs Jets!! Leafs Flames Oilers Senators
It is really tough to say though with the Jets through to the Senators where they will end up -- all not being great teams imo.

This is not a fun question. I hate them all equally and can't even use bias here. What if I said Jets #1 and the rest tie for #2? NO? ok then here
Nucks Jets Habs Flames Oilers Leafs Senators
Hated to not put leafs last, but lets face its...Ottawa is Ottawa.

1. Canucks 2. Canadiens 3. Flames 4. Jets 5. Leafs 6. Senators 7. Oilers It will be interesting to see how different these lists will look like in 5 years. Oilers will be the bottom feeders this year, but they will be scary good down the road.

With the exception of the Habs and Canucks, none of them are playoff-worthy, really... But look on the bright side-- That means the Oilers, Flames, and Jets could once again all be good at the same time, and more rivalry-based playoff games could ensue there, and maybe even with the Canucks as well! How about we have the Jets, Oilers, Flames, and Canucks all make the playoffs from Canada, the Ducks, Kings, and Sharks all make it from California, and then the Red Wings can make it because...who DOESN'T hate them and want to knock them out? BEST WESTERN CONFERENCE PLAYOFFS EVER!

The Canucks and Canadiens are playoff bound.
The Jets, Oilers, Flames & Leafs will be fighting for the last playoff spot.
The Senators are in full rebuild mode.

1. Canucks-still very good. A better Luongo or no Thomas and Vancouver likely wins the Cup. Ehrhoff loss will hurt them a bit. 2. Canadiens-solid team with a good goalie. The best bet of the East Canadian teams to make the playoffs. 3. Maple Leafs-Don't laugh too hard. With Liles added and a healthy Connolly, the Leafs might sneak in. Reimer is the key here. 4. Jets-Loads of young talent. Like the Leafs, goaltending is key. Pavelec's development could lead to the playoffs. 5. Oilers-The youngsters up front all take another step forward. They get out of the basement this year and make the playoffs in 2013. 6. Flames-An aging, flawed team. Iginla is still good, but not a lot else there. Kiprusoff has been overworked for years. Don't see them getting back in the playoffs. 7. Senators-About the same as the Flames, but going in the opposite direction. Runblad will be good for them and in a couple of years when the first rounders develop they will be on the playoff bubble again.

They need someone that knows how to win.

As much as I want them to make the playoffs, I think they need a complete re-vamp (like the sens) before they do. I mean, the lines have chemistry and a few good players will step up this season, Iggy is still top quality, but as 'pank' says, the team is ageing. However, a team with age can trump a team with no age, e.g. the Jets, or vice versa, so I'm not sure. I'll go...
Canucks Canadiens Flames/Jets Jets/Flames Leafs Oilers Sens
