Yes they were losers of the first degree. Makes me wonder what kind of oafs they are in other areas of their pathetic lives. The good news is, it was perhaps only a half dozen out of 15,004 fans. That's a pretty low percentage of losers and a pretty high percentage of relatively decent folks.

Let me start off by saying yes those guys are jackasses and no I don't condone what they did, but this is hardly a Winnipeg thing. During any moment of silence at a sporting event, some drunk is going to yell. If we're going to start a new thread every time it happens, we may need a new subsection on here. montreal had a moment of silence yesterday for Gary Carter and there wasn't a peep in the building.

they should round up these people looking for attention and have them paraded out on to the ice during a tv timeout and the p.a. dude can say 'ladies and gentlemen, here are the people that were yelling during the moment of silence'. there is no excuse for that kind of behaviour in my opinion. i wonder what the elderly military man they always show singing to O Canada thought.

It was the same thing for Remembrance Day during the Moment of Silence a few jerks were yelling out, some people just have no respect but we all have to remember its just a few people not all of us

Obviously these are people who have never experienced the loss of a loved one or know someone who has. However, where is the common sense??
