Not really surprised, he had a serious knee injury and the way Garrett performed in replacement of Reid, I wish him the best were ever he goes

RB's lifespan is the shortest of all positions in the NFL. And in the CFL it's even shorter.

It was absolutely painful to watch him run the ball this year. Either he hit his own linemen all the time or tried to dance around the hole too much. Practically never hit the hole with power, just embarrassing. The one time I specifically remember him doing so was against Montreal. And he scored a huge TD run.

shocked that we didn't try to trade him I'm sure we did but no one was interested. He had a few solid years but he was inconsistent at times.I remember a few years back when Barrin SImpson joined the riders prior to the LBD classic Reid got all cocky and said he was gonna run all over Simpson and Simpson pretty much kicked his ass all over the place.

shocked that we didn't try to trade him No one trades for a running back, especially in a league where it's one of the least important positions on offense.

He had a difficult time cracking 50 yards per game last season. Garrett and Volny will do just fine.
