So I had the day off today and decided to seing by the Jets Gear store and buy some more Jets stuff.
Anyways as I was walking back I noticed all the great pre game drink sites near the MTS Centre. Theres Tavern, 4PLAY, Boston Pizza and Moxies in the MTSC. I know theres more but those are all that come to mind at the moment.
Anyways I was wondering which would be the best place to go before a game or to watch it.
What do you guys think?
4PLAY-There wings are decent and they easily have the best screen for watching.
Boston Pizza-Not a huge fan, there food is way over priced and not even that great
Tavern-Imagine watching a Jets playoff game on the patio at Tavern, your so close to the MTSC you could probably hear the go jets go chant and the cheering when the Jets light the lamp. Tavern's wings are good, not quite as good as 4PLAY's imo but after their wings they really dont have that much good food.
What do you think?

Never thought about but yeah Tavern rooftop during the game would be wicked... I imagine the lineup to get in there or 4Play will be ridiculous though. Those would be my 2 choices, sitting on the roof with the action below would be super cool, but 4Play just has an awesome screen and the atmosphere would be awesome. Like I say, I think your decision will come down to which you can get into! |

To watch the game? Without a doubt 4play. You can't beat that massive screen. Though their staff are dumb as f*ck.
Before the game? Tavern rooftop if the weather is nice.

Grumpz has already said he has a 120' screen and the wings are free!!......
man, hes going to kill me for this!...lol.
we need to get him and his forum to merge here.

I have booked a room at 4Play for 15 of my friends as its guaranteed seating. I wanted the balcony but it was already rented. Either way 4Play has said general seating is a first come first serve basis, so get their early.
See ya all there! I am hoping to wear my wedding dress even though I am not in the arena.... lol

Yeah was at 4play lastnight for a football draft and the server said it's pretty much booked up for the Sunday.
