He's not a great public speaker but not bad...I sure wouldn't beat the guy up over it. He offers up some good perspectives from what I've heard and I think he's actually improved a quite a bit since he started. I give him a world of cred for taking on this role that he's probably not all that comfortable in. Says a lot about his character I think. JMHO Agreed

Mack is one strange dude, cutting Brink then bringing in Clement who as the above link states he played in the ufl last year. in 2009 wanted to play in the nfl but did not get a training camp invite so he signs with Hamilton and quits after one day. how is this quitter going to be better than Brink, it also says his arm is weak

Why does Mack still have a job?

^ it's been said that he made some good signing last year with Matthews (rookie of the year winner) and Chad Simpson also Denmark is a solid pro so he has a nose for ncaa talent. as for Canadian players he sucks, Logan for example, cut for no reason !

Except he signed Cauchy Muamba to replace Logan. Apparently signing Cauchy from BC was quite the coup. If you read the Bomber forum you'll discover quite the conversation around Macks success at drafting Canadian talent. He has been quite successful IMHO.

just remembered that he did good with the Jyles trade. taking Jade E has not proved to be the correct pick with Iannuzzi available, that still hurts

I have no problem with the Bombers releasing Brink. He had his chances. Both he and Elliott had their chances and couldn't come through. It's Goltz's turn when (and I mean when) Pierce gets injured.
