Aloha! I've just recently become a Jets Fan! The last 24hours I've studied Winnipeg and love your blue collar/loyal fan base. I live in Hawaii and up till now have never had a Hockey team so I'll probably be labeled bndwagon fan for now but I'll learn and participate and earn your respect. My goal is represent Jets Fandom with passion here in the islands. Big Mahalo!

Hello.
Australian Australian rules lover.
Our indigenous game plays from March to October. At the end of each season I find I have a hole in my spare time.
I follow the Geelong Football Club (the Cats in AFL ). Geelong is one of two non capital city clubs in our competition - country if you like. We enjoy taking on the big city types and every now and then we take home the cup. 07,09,11 the last three. Anyway, I read a great book - Bear town - and thought Wow! The sporting side of things sounds just like it is here...... [ The social side not too much different I expect also].
I have searched the globe for a game that provides the same rush of action and finesse. Then the Apple box has an NHL logo and I connect. Fast, hard, class, strength all in one package. Like our game.
I know little of Winnepeg. I would love to spend my empty summers barracking for a team in the "bush"- (as hard as I do for the Cats).
Let me know this is the place to be. Or not. (Apologies for the sad Avater but thats the smallest file I have and pulling big files back to fit is not a strength).

Hello, while I am not as exotic as a member from Down Under or Hawaii, I am from out of town. Calgary, maybe exotic to some I guess, but I am happy to pledge allegiance to the Jets. I had season tickets for the WHA Jets as well as V.1 NHL Jets and I can tell you where I was when Bobby Hull's signing was announced. Circumstances resulted in my moving out of MB in '86 but remained a Jets booster. I have been on this site since last winter and the playoff run and thought I'd out myself to the group and join. Go Jets! But this weekend, go Stamps🐎😎

Hi from the north east of England. I was looking for an NHL team to follow, Canadian obviously and found the Jets to be an ideal choice. The team I followed in UK the Durham Wasps, until the franchise was bought out and moved away were founded by RCAF airmen based in County Durham during WW2 and so with the obvious history of air crew training in Manitoba you seemed like the guys to follow.

It’s certainly a lot better getting coverage, one of the reasons why I needed a team to follow. Never been a glory supporter, most teams I follow in sports struggle along but have a good set of loyal fans or interesting story for me to link with.
