The Canadian Hockey League regular season kicked off in Saint John, NB, last night. The defending Memorial Cup Champion Saint John Sea Dogs were dropped 3-1 by the Moncton Wildcats thanks to two goals by Alex Saulnier.
Who are your favorite CHL teams?
WHL: Brandon, Victoria QMJHL: Moncton, Rouyn-Noranda OHL: Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie (this year)

Yeah I would say Wheat Kings. Nothing like getting a $10 ticket off of Ebrandon.ca the day of the game and watching some really good hockey. Well...at least that was the cool thing to do before I got jets tickets.

I like the Brandon Wheat Kings (WHL) as well... did go to a couple WHL playoff games at the MTS back in March and April this year and it was fun! Wonder if the WHL, OHL, QMJHL will air some games on tv for Sportsnet this year? Curious as to that now...

QMJHL - Quebec Remparts (even though they always choke during playoffs) I do not follow the other two leagues much, though.
I wonder what QMJHL caliber will be this season versus the rest, considering one team (Lewiston, in USA) folded last year?
