Forward Chase De Leo won’t be re-entering the National Hockey League’s Entry Draft after agreeing to terms with the Winnipeg Jets. De Leo signed a three year entry level contract worth $2.6 million. It’s a two way deal that will pay him an average of $875, 000 per season. De Leo, 19, was selected by the Jets in the fourth round, 99th overall at the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. He just completed his fourth season with the Western Hockey League’s Portland Winterhawks where he scored 39 goals and 45 assists for 84 points in 67 games. De Leo also played for the United States at last years World Junior Hockey Championship. globalnews.ca/news/2050169/winnipeg-jets-sign-de-leo-to-3-year-contract/

Good, I was wondering when they were going to this deal done. I'm not sure where the kid will top out but great for deepening the Jets depth pool. Go Jets Go Moose Go!
