I'm not a fan of the Raptors but I'll admit to watching the last 5 minutes or so of the occasional NBA playoff game.

The Raptors blow out Miami in game 7 before a very wild crowd in Toronto yesterday. The Raptors are in the eastern conference finals for the first time ever! Next is Cleveland. They won't beat Cleveland(the Cavs are on fire) but this was still a very nice run by the Raptors.

ha ha so true, basketball, soccer, golf, and baseball are all more fun to play than to watch. Hockey and Football better to watch than play, for me anyways.

The Raptors get eliminated in Toronto tonight. The fans stayed after the game and were chanting we want more and lets go Raptors. Lebron James was being interviewed on ESPN after the game and ignored the reports 1st question and said the Raptor fans are amazing and he's never seen anything like it.
Raptors will have a lottery pick 9th overall in a trade with New York. Problem for the Raptors is they have star players(DeRozan/Lowery) but no superstars. Teams that win it all historically since the 80's have had at least 1 superstar if not multiple other than the 2004 Detroit Pistons. Also DeRozan is a free agent. The Raptors division will also get a lot tougher. Philly has the number 1 pick, Boston has number 3 and is likely to trade it and other young players for a superstar.

True, but they still have a ton of young talent and the number 3 pick which yes is a huge step down from 1/2. I predict they land a super star in a trade for the number 3 pick and other young talent.
