Kane gets what he deserves. Never has their been a player in the NHL ( that I can recall) that desperately craves attention. He doesn't care if it's good or bad attention, he just has to have it. Like a junkie.
So glad he isn't ours anymore and I will not comment on him ever again.

That's where his trajectory is heading. m.

That's where his trajectory is heading. m. Funny I'll say it again, the day he took #9 and ignored everything that it stood for in Winnipeg told me everything I needed to know about the kid. It's all about character and respect and him not having either, people jumped all over me regarding that comment but he proved me right and he keeps doing it time after time. There is talk that if this stuff is proven Buffalo might go to the NHL and have his contract voided because they don't need the hassles and have better things to do with the money they have tied up with him..

If Buffalo had his contract voided it would be a big mistake. He still has trade value so to lose him for nothing would be miserable asset management.
That said, I've seen no talk suggesting that the Sabers are trying to unload his contract. At least nothing with any more substance than pure baseless rumourmongering.

I guess dumping his contract would be dependent on how the owner wants his club to be viewed in the public eye.

I honestly don't think anything of any substance comes of this. Only a loss of stock value for E.Kane Players Association will ensure he does not get suspended. His high price lawyers will ensure no criminal charges. Perhaps more will come out in the next few weeks.. However from what I have read the information is very blurry.

I think its sad personally. A real good talent with a chance to do what he loves while making a whole whack of $ and he is going to waste the opportunity due to poor decisions.

At least Patrik Laine only looks like Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs, and not showing the tendencies of him like Evander does.

^ not surprising. He hasn't exactly been a stellar representative of the team in Buffalo. Gotta think his trade value has dropped since he first went to the sabres.

Apparently Evander Kane's act has worn thin in Buffalo and they are looking to dump him. It was said on 1290 radio this PM that he has become a locker room problem. I'm shocked at this uncharacteristic behaviour, but Chevy is looking like a genius.
