Pavelec was wildly inconsistent for 5 years with the Jets. Hutch was wildly inconsistent after an initial great start. Hellebuyck played brilliant for his first two months then regressed.
Coincidence? I think not.
Fire Flaherty before he ruins Eric Comrie.

I said yes, there mistakes are coachable, they seem to be going down way too quick and last night one goal high glove the other high blocker

I'll just copy and paste what I said in another thread cuz I'm lazy...
I agree 100% that it's time to make a change at goalie coach. Flaherty has been a good servant to the team but he's had enough time to show that he can develop at least one goalie. To me developing means improving the raw product and the raw products have at best maintained themselves and at worst regressed. I know True North is loyal but that loyalty cannot be to the detriment of the team. If you wanna show loyalty, bring up the goalie coach from the Moose, at least our goalies develop while they're in the A.

I can't believe Flaherty is still coaching goal after 6 disastrous seasons. What is wrong with True North? He needed to go in 2013-14.

Lundquist is struggling, I wonder if the rangers goalie coach is teaching him to let in the first shot he faces. Happened 8 times already, this yr.

Lundquist is an established goalie and I don't think comparing him to any of our 3 guys in any way is fair...to Lundquist. But if the Rangers had 3 goalies consistently letting in softies to start the game I'd probably be thinking that's exactly what the goalie coach is teaching them.

Accept we don't have 3 established goalies. We don't even handle 1.
