A funny ye tale from over here in puckshy Merry England :D

A funny thing happened this last weekend y'know....I visited a big city 'sports bar' where not much of any interest was showing on the big screen TV there. So I asked them to tune in to any NHL hockey action that might be going on. A short while later, to my surprise (and hey there, remember that this is not so Merry ol' England here, where Soccer, Rugby, Golf and Horse racing rule here sadly) a NHL game was showing!! A Jets game was too much to hope for, it was Montreal beating the Bruins, but while me and my friend here were cheering and cooing over the game, it was hilarious to see a quietened crowd of Brits quietly trying to figure out what unseen new sport they were watching, although some seemed to be gettin' used to it! Hehe! Faces showed part puzzlement, part surprise, part disapproval, part lovin' it. Who says we in England are not openminded?!
