Awww...that's too bad. I am not too disappointed. Wish they didn't pull Helle though. As long as we slam TO in the next 2 games, I'll be good. G'night all Yeah gotta take TO or then we can hang our heads in shame if we don't.

Well there we go, both streaks die tonight. Too bad. Jets did hang with the Bruins pretty well, considering...well in the 3rd anyway. These are the teams that you should be motivated for. Right from the opening faceoff. I thought it was overall pretty weak. Well the Bruins were definitely ready for the Jets and early on it was pretty close so I think Jets came out motivated. I agree the effort in the 2nd looked disappointing but they are missing two of their top offensive players and that hurts their offense big time, and it didn't help that coach destroyed the 3rd line that's been such a solid constant all season. When he put them back together, complexion of the game seemed to change a lot...to me anyway. So I don't feel like I can be too down on them because they lost this game the way they did.
If Jets were totally run out of the barn tonight, I'd be totally disappointed - but IMO, they weren't.

No Doubht Scheif and Plymouth Valare hurt offence and Chemistry of Lines? However serious playoff hockey somewhat like todays game will require a shedding of players like Stanley Perhaps the large Salary of Schmidth and realize our top drafts are wayway off from game changing players!~ With a healthy Scheif and Volare plus another stud dman plus a high octane forward and then and only then can we be be cup contenders fullstop?

I would have liked to play the Bruins without Marchand & Pastrnak too.....very little offense, but Winnipeg held Boston to under 3 expected goals before the empty netter. Wasn't terrible defensively, other than getting caught in their own end for two really long shifts and the B's forecheck causing havoc on breakout passes. Our defense isn't built to do that job for 60% of a game and that's where missing Scheifele & Vilardi really hurt. This right here!

But if memory serves, they have our number. At least it was that way in Winnipeg.I think. I'd look it up but BOJA will let us know.😁

Sorry to say, the 23-24 Jets have now devolved into the 21-22-23 Jets. Spectacular goaltending, average defence and forwards flying around showing off their perimeter passing skills and shooting from there as well, but almost nonexistent scoring. The Jets have the next two games to turn this around or suffer the same fate as in the two previous seasons.

B's are also a good team especially at home. Either way yes trades need to happen to add better quality on D and depth as injuries are unpredictable.

It's not about just the Bruins game- that seems to be an extension of the trend that was there even before Scheifele went down. The longer it goes on, the harder it will be to get back on track.

No season will be 100% perfect but they have been still winning without Scheif in the past they would have collapsed entirely. Would have lost in Ottawa as well so I'm not panicking although I still want to see a few moves made.

Overall a pretty good game by the Jets. The loss of Scheiffle and Valardi was likely the difference. However, it does make it obvious that the team needs another skilled centre.

I have to admit, I got a kick out of the Plymouth Volare thing, but ouch what an insult to a good player if you remember what a piece of garbage the Volare was! (And somehow I'm sure you do.)
