Stanley has struggled this game. We may see Schmidt in game 2.

Yes tighten up their D zone exits. Too many times AV pressure caused opportunities for continued cycling as well as goals. Shot differential greatly favored thr AVs. Hope Georgie is back in net for the AVs.

What a time for Proboards to go down...looks like many if not all forums were affected. Well up and running now!
Happy for the win but hard to imagine winning many that way! Better tighten it up.

Call me crazy... but I think it's safe to say Ths Jets got this game in hand. The curse of posting! Lol. One never assumes victory until the final buzzer.

In the heat of battle proboard fails miserably! Couldn't take the heat so stayed out of the kitchen!

This was a game best forgotten. Hellebuyck was not at his best, but he had plenty of company in that. I am concerned that a precedent has been set by the players that they were able to fall back to firewagon hockey, ignore the system that saved their butts for the last 8 games and still win. They won largely because Gordiev was very, very beatable. At least two Avalanche goas were gimmes because of Jet goofs. The Avs do not look like Cup contenders and, frankly, neither did the Jets last night.
