Since poaching is an illegal activity, then I can only conclude you're saying TNSE broke the law in its dealings with the NHL.
Am I correct in my understanding?
Posted by "Doaner" I guess one truly never knows reference TNSE, since it was all done very quickly and in dark alleys. (who knows?) too bad they don't have a group like GWI up there to keep tabs on shenanigans and what not.
(Section in bold is my rebuttal.)

I couldn't care less about the Coyotes. They can rot in the desert for eternity.

Coyotes fans crying and making excuses for their team's attendance or lack of? Old news who cares? I think the funnier thing is that when I looked at the board I saw a thread for Coyotes Tickets exchange ;D

In terms of the game I'm anticipating the most, its the home opener. In terms of a team I'm looking forward to hating the most when they roll through town is Phoenix. I can't stand their fans and I look forward to making things miserable for them on December 1. It might be our only chance to see them in our barn too.

The Coyotes, Coyotes fans, Glendale City Council, GWI et al are nothing to me now.

And that the amount the typical Coyote fan spends at Wendy's is the same as their ticket prices, $10.

Well, I suppose Chipman's conduct was illogical if "logical"=keep a team in a market where no one cares and its bleeding cash and "illogical"=restore a classic franchise to a city thta never should have lost its franchise in the first place and is now sold out and already turning a profit the likes of which the first team could never have dreamed of.

Just simply reply that no GWI type situation was required because our Government didnt have to give the majority price of the team to the new owners.
The NHL saw a winner, knew a winner and sold to a winner. They have been looking for that guy in Phoenix for years now. Sadly you gotta look outside of Arizona for winners. They are full of Lo...errr Non-Winners though.
