In all reality we have a lot to do in the off season. Our defense is really the only thing going good for us. Our offensive line and special teams need major work.

Offensive coordinator needs to up his game. I'd also recommend they revamp their pre-game prep routine. Given how ill-prepared they looked in the second half of the season I'm left wondering if they had any game tape on their opponents at all.

Please get rid of the whole Swaggerville crap. They went 3-7 to end the season plus a 1-1 record in playoffs. That doesn't deserve special nicknames.

Swaggerville was for a good cause, all proceeds to the Richard Harris Foundation.
Offense wasn't calling themselves swaggerville, they had no right too!

Lapo has final say on the play calling.

I have a slight feeling we may be looking elsewhere for a QB. Pierce seems dead set on getting more money on a new contract. Anyone have an opinion on going after Henry Burris for the QB spot next year? I could see him with extra motivation now that Calgary dropped him to back up.

Don't want Burris, he chose Saskatchewan a while back over Winnipeg. Plus he seems to be just as inconsistent as Buck but more expensive. Buck has no leverage, he had the worst stats of any of the playoff QBs, frequently get injured, and no other team will be rushing to sign him. I assume he makes $150K+incentives. I say sign him to $190+small incentives or $175 with medium incentives. that should satisfy him.
I also believe we have to sign both Elliot and Brink, not sure if we can sign both. If one signs the other will likely not sign to be 3rd string. which may be ok because I want to see more of Goltz.
