Lets see what's on TSN 2 tonight. Oh look at that Curling from April. Such a joke of a channel. you must not have been around when TSN launched then. you think its bad right now?....should have seen it then.

I just hope that, as a Maritimer, I can catch as many games as possible.
Not sure how I am going to do that, though

After seeing the lack of games on TSN I would assume that means we get more on CBC. After reading the thread I see that is kind of the case.
Stupid TSN...

I hope HNIC broadcasts the Coyotes game. Almost all of Winnipeg would tune in.

I really believe there will be no game left untelevised. So fewer games on TSN will just mean more games on TSN2, CBC, regional TSN-Jets, and even possibly PPV.
The worst case scenario here for local Jets fans would be PPV. I'm really hoping that there are no games on PPV. I am already broke enough from my ST purchase to have to purchase a PPV package for like $150 to $200 to get any extra games.

There were 2 websites I watched hockey games online for free. I can't remember the second one, but the 1st was adthe.tv

I guess this is a question for the mods, but would they be against us posting a internet link to the games here on the forum. I could add it to the game day threads if they are ok with it.

The lack of the national spotlight doesn't really affect people in Manitoba as they should get to watch a majority of the games on their local feed. Instead it punishes those who are outside of the Jets broadcasting area...like me . I also thought, like others have mentioned, that because the Jets are in their first season there would be more national games. But this just makes the centre ice package more of a necessity for me.

Yes. For those folks in Manitoba, the lack of National TV coverage doesn't mean a thing, they will be able to watch every game on TV. For those of us outside the province, NHL Centre Ice becomes a necessity. I'll be sure to also post internet links to the games when I find them on game day.
