Now PP#4...they're getting to practice it, not helping much.

You're suggesting there's something wrong with the APP

Goal against the flow.

Refs trying to insert a little excitement into this game via the PP. Fail.

Dreadful game to watch. But it is a quintessential road game. Play sloppy offensively and defensively. Do enough and depend on Helle. Tough to believe we are the #1 team. We do have the #1 goaltender!

We were lucky to get out of that period without giving up several goals.
Edit : Or lucky we have one of the best goalies in the NHL

If the Jets play like this against the Bruins on Monday, they will have to add an extra digit onto the shot clock. in the meantime, coffee sales in the arena have skyrocketed.

How many turnovers by Winnipeg near their own blueline today??? Just awful.
Nice sliding play by Schmidt on the 2 on 1 that resulted from the last one though.

Refs trying to insert a little excitement into this game via the PP. Fail. Seems they want their moms to notice them on Hockey Day in Canada too.

Well, let's see if they can muster up a little intensity in the 3rd period.
Or, hang Helle out to dry some more. Just sad so far.

This sloppy play has been evident for 5 games now, and if the coaches are not worried, they ought to be.

Seems like a classic case of the Jets playing down to the competition. Having said that its also a road game where the Jets are working conservatively for opposition turnovers. And it worked.

This sloppy play has been evident for 5 games now, and if the coaches are not worried, they ought to be. I agree, their game has been slipping of late. Only one loss so far in the bunch so they're still winning which is the bottom line... but after last year, just hope it's not the first signs of a 2nd half skid. Flu or similar has been going through the room lately so that may be contributing to the low energy.
I think they really miss Scheif too...well offense for sure really misses him.

This so called defensive structure only works with stellar goaltending. Not a fan of this blueprint.
There's a difference between playing conservative hockey and waiting for breakdowns and being broken down and hope you get lucky.
