Jets D and G like a brick wall, Ducks just couldn't get the puck through. Very reminiscent of how the Stars shut down the Jets. Bowness-style!
Difficult game, good effort, great win for the First Place Jets!

Good game on a back to back road trip. You could see there was some fatigue.

The guy who almost creamed AJF is on my trade deadline wish list. RD Lyubushkin For forward, Pagnotta on WST today said he believes Jets are seriously looking at Lindholm.

For forward, Pagnotta on WST today said he believes Jets are seriously looking at Lindholm. Like the player for the Jets, don't like the anticipated cost to acquire nor the cost to re-sign him, if he is open to that. The team is is not running on fumes and is performing well. Team chemistry is an intangible asset. Last year we had none. It was worse than zero. It was negative energy in the locker room. This year we have great chemistry in spades. The GM and Bones will have to do the math and see if he's worth the extra skill set versus, the cost, bucks and players TBD and possibly the disruption of the positive team chemistry.

That was also the 5th game in 7 days so the low energy does have its causes.

Lindholm has stated he wants out of Calgary. In other words he has given up on his team and put his own needs as his priority. Sound familiar? Laine, Kane, Lemieux, Roslovic, Trouba, and so on. They poison the dressing room. Do the Jets really want to bring that type of individual into what is a solid room? Skilled man but a big pass on his attitude.
