Breaks have not helped the Jets in times past. Past is the past let's think positively maybe it will rub off on the team. Most of the time confidence helps the players immensely. I know its hard for some to be positive....but I'm willing to try anything with our beloved Jets! πππ

FYI - here are the losing streaks over two games from the other top NHL teams this season: Boston:Β Two 3 game losing streaks & one 4 game streak. Vancouver:Β No losing streak longer than 2 games and had two of those streaks. Colorado:Β One 3 game losing streak. Florida:Β One 4 game losing streak. Dallas:Β One 3 game losing streak. Vegas:Β One 3 game losing streak & one 4 game streak. Winnipeg:Β Three 3 game losing streaks. Yep like I said it happens but every teams fans thinks it's only us! The break couldn't have come at a better time. Work the phones Chevy! πππ

Fellow fans reeeeeelax. Teams have bad games and streaks throughout the season. PP killed them they need to work on it no doubt. The slashing call was BS player snapped his stick after never seen that called sealed the game. Scheif will help but this proved that they need more scoring depth. They survived Connor being out and Valardi but a C is too much. Not sure why Perfetti wasn't moved back or like some said why not try one of the rookies. Either way their team D is fantastic just need to fix PP and add another scorer. They'll get someone once more teams drop out. πππ

I have to agree, every contending team has at least one if not more game breaking players and those teams you never feel are out of it. With the Jets, all their success is defensive play and goaltending which is great when you're even or have the lead.Β But if they're playing from behind, I never have any confidence that they're going to tie it up let alone win.Β Never feel like Connor or Scheif or somebody thrive in this situation, because they really don't.
When they were on they were scoring goals from all lines. This could be just one of those team slumps seen it before and it happens on all teams from time to time. But yes they don't have McKinnon that guy is just nuts. They have to rely on 4 lines scoring and when they don't you see this kind of trouble. They'll either trade for some extra offence or maybe a guy from the minors comes up and helps. Lambert? πππ

Ric O you "forgot" shooting somewhere near or on the goal. Apparently that seems to help. Maybe need a new PP coach or is it just poor execution? We saw with the D that huddy was the problem as they are magically better since he's been turfed. πππ

History does repeat itself but at least Maurice and Huddy aren't here anymore that's a plus. Also Wheeler.

It hasnβt happened yet, there are 35 games to go yet before the regular season ends. Including what the Jets do in the playoffs, judge the Jets after the Stanley Cup is awarded. Cheers, 2b9πππ

It remains very possible that they can work their way out of this, but we will see.

A big name player or two upgrade before the deadline can work as a huge morale boost to the team for going all in. We definitely need an upgrade at 2nd line center and a right handed dman wouldn't hurt

I know he doesn't play tough but at least teams can't target him.
